This sales agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made between the parties set out below:
Seller: Norden Reformer
Customer: The natural or legal person placing an order through the website
The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations relating to the sale and delivery of the Pilates equipment and related products offered for sale by the Seller to the Customer through its website.
The Customer reviews the products on the website, adds them to the cart and completes the payment steps. An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by e-mail. The Agreement is deemed to have been formed at the moment the order confirmation reaches the Customer.
The applicable product prices are those shown on the website; please see the current price on the product page. Delivery, taxes and duties are included in the price. Prices may be changed by the Seller without prior notice; however, no price change can be applied once an order has been placed.
Payment methods:
Payment must be made within 3 (three) business days following the order confirmation. If payment is not received, the order is cancelled.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer. Production takes 9 business days, and the delivery time following order confirmation and receipt of payment depends on the destination. For products requiring custom production this period may be longer, and the Customer is informed in advance.
Delivery, taxes and duties are included in the price, so there is no additional shipping charge to pay on arrival. All machines are shipped fully assembled.
On delivery, the product should be checked for damage and a damaged product should not be accepted. The Seller is not responsible for damage occurring after the product has been accepted.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
Once the returned product has been inspected, the payment is refunded within 14 days.
The Seller undertakes that the products sold are covered by warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The warranty period varies according to the product and is stated on the product page; Norden Reformer machines carry a 2-year parts warranty.
For faults covered by the warranty, the product is repaired or replaced free of charge.
The Seller undertakes that the products are manufactured in compliance with applicable regulations and are of high quality. However, the Seller is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the product by the Customer.
The Seller makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website, but cannot be held responsible for price or product information errors caused by technical faults.
The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy. For detailed information, please see the Privacy Policy page.
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts at the Seller's registered place of business shall have jurisdiction.
For matters not covered by this Agreement, the applicable consumer protection legislation and related regulations shall apply.
The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the website.
