Refund Policy

Important: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without giving any reason.

1. Return Conditions

The following conditions must be met for a product return:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, the user manual and the warranty document must be complete
  • No modifications may have been made to the product
  • The return request must be submitted in writing (by e-mail or via the website)

Please note: Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used
  • The product has been removed from its original packaging and damaged
  • The 14-day period has expired
  • Damage or missing parts caused by the customer
  • Custom-made products

2. Return Procedure

Step 1: Return Request

You can submit your return request in one of the following ways:

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Order number
  • The product(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Your contact details

Step 2: Return Approval

Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation e-mail contains the address to send the product to and the return shipping details.

Step 3: Sending the Product

You must send the product to the specified address in its original packaging and undamaged. If the product is sent by carrier, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

After the product has been inspected and found to be in order, the refund is issued. The refund is completed within 14 days at the latest from the date the product reaches us.

3. Refund Methods

Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment:

  • Bank transfer: The refund is paid into the bank account you specify. The transaction is usually completed within 3-5 business days.
  • Credit card: The refund is credited to the card used for payment. The transaction is usually completed within 5-7 business days. Your bank's processing time may vary.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are determined as follows:

  • If the product is faulty or the wrong product was sent: the shipping cost is borne by the company
  • If the return is initiated by the customer: the shipping cost is borne by the customer

5. Exchanges

For an exchange, the return is processed first and a new order is then created. Exchanges may vary depending on stock availability.

6. Returns Under Warranty

Faulty products covered by the warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge. Where repair is not possible, the value of the product is refunded.

7. Special Cases

Promotional Products

The same return conditions apply to products sold as part of a promotion. However, if a product was sent together with a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned.

Gift Items

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made or personalised products, but returns are accepted in the event of a product fault.
